A Bay Area native, Jared Higgins brings more than 15 years of real estate experience and a reputation for honesty, integrity, and expert negotiating skills to The Agency’s Danville office.

Having lived and worked in the East Bay for more than 30 years, Jared’s extensive knowledge of the Bay Area and its real estate gives his clients a distinct advantage. A knowledgeable and experienced real estate professional, Jared takes pride in being responsive, intuitive, and empathetic throughout every step of a transaction, leveraging his creativity and sharp negotiating skills to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.

For Jared, real estate is more than a career it’s a calling. As a child, he recalls eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Sunday paper and pouring over the new listings and open houses. Prior to pursuing real estate, Jared led a successful career as a sales manager in the information technology industry. A natural problem solver and creative thinker, Jared’s exceptional sales background has proven invaluable in real estate, enabling him to apply his negotiation and asset pricing skills to identify strategic opportunities for his clients.

Jared currently resides in the Tri-Valley area with his wife and two daughters. He and his family enjoy wakeboarding, snowboarding, relaxing at their vacation home in Clearlake, and spending time on the water. Jared serves as a Reserve Police Officer in the Bay Area and supports several outreach ministries with his local church.
